  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Our terms of payment:
    • Credit card (Amounts exceeding R10 000 – please do an EFT Transaction)
    • EFT
    • Instant EFT
    • CapeCross term clients have the option of charging their purchase to their profile
  • Although Ani-Mall has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that each product described or depicted on this website and any other information (including pricing) displayed on the website is current, complete and accurate, content errors may occur and for this reason, the information displayed on the website is provided without any guarantees or warranty as to its accuracy.  Some descriptions or photographs of products and packaging may be of a generic nature and not specific to the particular product.  If you need more information regarding a specific product, please send an email to [email protected] for assistance.
  • As an unregistered user, you will be able to browse the products offered on the website as well as add them to your cart, and complete your order (guest checkout).
  • If you are a registered client, enter your username and password where required. 
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur on your account.
  • Ani-Mall shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage that may arise due to any failure by you to protect your password or account.
  • Products purchased from Ani-Mall will be dispatched within 2 days of proof of payment. In the unlikely event of merchandise not being in stock at the time of shipment, you will be notified of the delay. Although the website is updated regularly, it may happen that a product listed is unavailable, for whatever reason. In this case, you will be able to choose a substitute product or a refund will be processed. Should you require a particular product not readily available, this will be placed on backorder and shipped as soon as available. You will be notified of the delay and given the option to cancel the order.
  • Deliveries will take 1 to 7 working days after payment. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct as Ani-Mall cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to inaccuracies.
  • If you are not within the Eastern or Western Cape areas,  delivery can be arranged.  Please request a quote.
  • No merchandise may be returned without prior written approval. A handling charge will be applied for all material supplied as ordered, and any returned material must be unused and in a resaleable condition.
  • All merchandise is checked and well packed before shipment, however, if in transit damage should occur please notify your carrier and Ani-Mall as soon as possible. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Extra insurance is available as a customer option if you so choose.
  • Courier costs include cover up to the value of R1000 per parcel.
  • Customers can send an email to [email protected] for a quotation if they would like their parcel insured (extra cover).
  • We only deliver throughout the Eastern and Western Cape.  Alternatively, you can collect your parcel at any of our branches, namely, CapeCross: Volksrust, Cradock, Jeffreys Bay or Oudebosch (Tsitsikamma).

Deliveries and returns

  • Shipping costs: Orders above R1000 will be free of charge (maximum of 20kg).
  • Orders less than R1000 will be R100.00 (maximum of 20kg), plus R15 per 5kg thereafter.
  • When choosing the delivery method at checkout, you get the option of choosing Pick-up at CapeCross Jeffreys Bay or Oudebosch (Tsitsikamma) free of charge.
  • We deliver to all physical addresses. We do not deliver to post boxes.
  • All deliveries are handled by professional courier companies.
  • You will receive an email with the tracking number for your order as well as where you can track the order.
  • No merchandise may be returned without prior written approval.
  • A 10% handling charge will be applied for all material supplied as ordered, and any returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Postage costs for returns are for the customer’s account. 
  • Refrigerated items may not be returned.
  • In the unlikely event that Ani-Mall has made an error in the order, we will cover the collection and replacement costs. All merchandise is well packed and checked before shipment, however, if in transit damage should occur, please notify your carrier and the office as soon as possible. All claims must be made within three days of receipt of the order.  
  • Deliveries will take place within 1 to 7 working days after payment.
  • Your delivery is our priority, but please note that the delivery date is an estimate and can be influenced by stock availability and location.
  • If you need to change your order, please send an email to [email protected] for the orders team to make the necessary changes.
  • If you want to cancel your order, please contact us by email ([email protected] ) or contact the office 042 296 1731 as soon as possible.
